  • Second Floor Bed Count: 2 queens, 1 twin and 1 set of bunks (2 twins)

The River House is most comfortable for groups of 8-10 adults or a large family/group.

The River House can be divided into two private units (first floor and second floor) to accommodate medium sized groups of 4-6 guests.

The first floor of the River House has a large front porch with an amazing view of the Upper Kenai River, Slaughter Ridge and Langille Mountain that can also be seen from the living room picture windows. The first floor features a full kitchen, dining table and furnished living room with a fireplace. Outside on the porch is a BBQ grill, and picnic table.

The first floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Rainbow One has 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds (bunked). Rainbow Two has 1 queen and 2 twin beds (bunked), Rainbow Three has 1 single twin bed and 2 twin beds (bunked). There are two full bathrooms across the hall.

The second floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The King Room has one queen bed and two twins (bunked). The Silver Room has one queen bed and one twin.
